بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّح۪يمِ

اَلَّذ۪ينَ يَاْكُلُونَ الرِّبٰوا لَا يَقُومُونَ اِلَّا كَمَا يَقُومُ الَّذ۪ي يَتَخَبَّطُهُ الشَّيْطَانُ مِنَ الْمَسِّۜ ذٰلِكَ بِاَنَّهُمْ قَالُٓوا اِنَّمَا الْبَيْعُ مِثْلُ الرِّبٰواۢ وَاَحَلَّ اللّٰهُ الْبَيْعَ وَحَرَّمَ الرِّبٰواۜ فَمَنْ جَٓاءَهُ مَوْعِظَةٌ مِنْ رَبِّه۪ فَانْتَهٰى فَلَهُ مَا سَلَفَۜ وَاَمْرُهُٓ اِلَى اللّٰهِۜ وَمَنْ عَادَ فَاُو۬لٰٓئِكَ اَصْحَابُ النَّارِۚ هُمْ ف۪يهَا خَالِدُونَ ٢٧٥
Mushaf
Transliteration
275Elleẕîne yeʾkülûne-rribâ lâ yeḳûmûne illâ kemâ yeḳûmü-lleẕî yeteḫabbeṭuhü-şşeyṭânü mine-lmess. ẕâlike biennehüm ḳâlû inneme-lbeyʿu miŝlü-rribâ. veeḥalle-llâhü-lbeyʿa veḥarrame-rribâ. femen câehû mevʿiżatüm mir rabbihî fentehâ felehû mâ selef. veemruhû ile-llâh. vemen ʿâde feülâike aṣḥâbü-nnâr. hüm fîhâ ḫâlidûn.
English Translation
275Those who consume interest, that is, unjust gain, will rise up only as one rises who has been struck by Satan/by the usurer. That is because they say, "Interest is just like trade." But Allah has made trade lawful and interest unlawful. Whoever receives an admonition from his Lord and stops, what has passed remains his, and his affair rests with Allah. But whoever returns to interest—they are the people of the Fire. They will abide there.
