English Translation
39Know that when you give out your wealth under the name of riba/interest, thinking that you will take back more from people's wealth, you are making unjust gain; but it never increases in Allah's sight. As for those who give zakat seeking to win Allah's good pleasure, it is they whose rewards are multiplied many times over with Allah.
