بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّح۪يمِ

ف۪ٓي اَدْنَى الْاَرْضِ وَهُمْ مِنْ بَعْدِ غَلَبِهِمْ سَيَغْلِبُونَۙ ٣

Transliteration
3Fî edne-lʾarḍi vehüm mim baʿdi galebihim seyaglibûn.
English Translation
3In a region near you. But after this defeat they will very soon prevail.
