وَاِنْ كَانُوا مِنْ قَبْلِ اَنْ يُنَزَّلَ عَلَيْهِمْ مِنْ قَبْلِه۪ لَمُبْلِس۪ينَ ٤٩

Transliteration
49Vein kânû min ḳabli ey yünezzele ʿaleyhim min ḳablihî lemüblisîn.
English Translation
49Yet before the rain fell, they were in utter helplessness and despair.
