English Translation
48It is Allah who sends the winds like messengers to set the clouds in motion, then spreads those clouds in the sky as He wills and breaks them into pieces; and then you see the rain pouring out from between them. When Allah sends down this rain on the lands of whichever of His servants He wills, how they rejoice!
