بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّح۪يمِ
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most MercifulVerses 174–176
3 versesAl-Baqarah 174
اِنَّ الَّذ۪ينَ يَكْتُمُونَ مَٓا اَنْزَلَ اللّٰهُ مِنَ الْكِتَابِ وَيَشْتَرُونَ بِه۪ ثَمَنًا قَل۪يلًاۙ اُو۬لٰٓئِكَ مَا يَاْكُلُونَ ف۪ي بُطُونِهِمْ اِلَّا النَّارَ وَلَا يُكَلِّمُهُمُ اللّٰهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيٰمَةِ وَلَا يُزَكّ۪يهِمْۚ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ اَل۪يمٌ ١٧٤

Transliteration
174İnne-lleẕîne yektümûne mâ enzele-llâhü mine-lkitâbi veyeşterûne bihî ŝemenen ḳalîlen ülâike mâ yeʾkülûne fî büṭûnihim ille-nnâra velâ yükellimühümü-llâhü yevme-lḳiyâmeti velâ yüzekkîhim. velehüm ʿaẕâbün elîm.
English Translation
174As for those who conceal something of the Book/the Quran that Allah has revealed and sell it for a small price—they fill their bellies with nothing but fire. On the Day of Resurrection Allah will not speak to them, nor will He clear them of guilt. For them is a painful punishment.
