بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّح۪يمِ
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most MercifulVerse 225
1 verseAl-Baqarah 225
لَا يُؤَاخِذُكُمُ اللّٰهُ بِاللَّغْوِ ف۪ٓي اَيْمَانِكُمْ وَلٰكِنْ يُؤَاخِذُكُمْ بِمَا كَسَبَتْ قُلُوبُكُمْۜ وَاللّٰهُ غَفُورٌ حَل۪يمٌ ٢٢٥
Mushaf
Transliteration
225Lâ yüâḫiẕükümü-llâhü billagvi fî eymâniküm velâkiy yüâḫiẕüküm bimâ kesebet ḳulûbüküm. vellâhü gafûrun ḥalîm.
English Translation
225Allah does not hold you responsible for your unintentional oaths, but He holds you responsible for the oaths you make deliberately. Allah is matchless in forgiveness and does not hasten to punish.
