اَلَا تُقَاتِلُونَ قَوْمًا نَكَثُٓوا اَيْمَانَهُمْ وَهَمُّوا بِاِخْرَاجِ الرَّسُولِ وَهُمْ بَدَؤُ۫كُمْ اَوَّلَ مَرَّةٍۜ اَتَخْشَوْنَهُمْۚ فَاللّٰهُ اَحَقُّ اَنْ تَخْشَوْهُ اِنْ كُنْتُمْ مُؤْمِن۪ينَ ١٣

Transliteration
13Elâ tüḳâtilûne ḳavmen nekeŝû eymânehüm vehemmû biiḫrâci-rrasûli vehüm bedeûküm evvele merrah. etaḫşevnehüm. fellâhü eḥaḳḳu en taḫşevhü in küntüm müʾminîn.
English Translation
13Will you still not fight this people who did not abide by their pact/treaty, did everything to drive the Messenger out of his homeland, and were the first to launch an attack against you? If you are afraid, it is Allah who truly deserves to be feared, if you are really believers.
