فَلَا تُعْجِبْكَ اَمْوَالُهُمْ وَلَٓا اَوْلَادُهُمْۜ اِنَّمَا يُر۪يدُ اللّٰهُ لِيُعَذِّبَهُمْ بِهَا فِي الْحَيٰوةِ الدُّنْيَا وَتَزْهَقَ اَنْفُسُهُمْ وَهُمْ كَافِرُونَ ٥٥
Mushaf
Transliteration
55Felâ tüʿcibke emvâlühüm velâ evlâdühüm. innemâ yürîdü-llâhü liyüʿaẕẕibehüm bihâ fi-lḥayâti-ddünyâ vetezheḳa enfüsühüm vehüm kâfirûn.
English Translation
55Do not let the abundance of their wealth and children excite your admiration. For Allah means to make them suffer by these in the life of this world, and to have their souls depart while they are disbelievers.
