يَعْتَذِرُونَ اِلَيْكُمْ اِذَا رَجَعْتُمْ اِلَيْهِمْۜ قُلْ لَا تَعْتَذِرُوا لَنْ نُؤْمِنَ لَكُمْ قَدْ نَبَّاَنَا اللّٰهُ مِنْ اَخْبَارِكُمْۜ وَسَيَرَى اللّٰهُ عَمَلَكُمْ وَرَسُولُهُ ثُمَّ تُرَدُّونَ اِلٰى عَالِمِ الْغَيْبِ وَالشَّهَادَةِ فَيُنَبِّئُكُمْ بِمَا كُنْتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ ٩٤
Mushaf
Transliteration
94Yaʿteẕirûne ileyküm iẕâ racaʿtüm ileyhim. ḳul lâ taʿteẕirû len nüʾmine leküm ḳad nebbeene-llâhü min aḫbâriküm. veseyere-llâhü ʿameleküm verasûlühû ŝümme türaddûne ilâ ʿâlimi-lgaybi veşşehâdeti feyünebbiüküm bimâ küntüm taʿmelûn.
English Translation
94When you return from battle and meet them, they will reel off a whole string of excuses to you. Say: —Do not invent excuses in vain, for we will never believe you; Allah has already informed us about you. From now on Allah and His Messenger will see and assess what you do. Then you will be brought before Him who knows everything hidden and open, and He will inform you, one by one, of what you did.
