وَوُضِعَ الْكِتَابُ فَتَرَى الْمُجْرِم۪ينَ مُشْفِق۪ينَ مِمَّا ف۪يهِ وَيَقُولُونَ يَا وَيْلَتَنَا مَا لِهٰذَا الْكِتَابِ لَا يُغَادِرُ صَغ۪يرَةً وَلَا كَب۪يرَةً اِلَّٓا اَحْصٰيهَاۚ وَوَجَدُوا مَا عَمِلُوا حَاضِرًاۜ وَلَا يَظْلِمُ رَبُّكَ اَحَدًا۟ ٤٩

Transliteration
49Vevuḍiʿa-lkitâbü fetere-lmücrimîne müşfiḳîne mimmâ fîhi veyeḳûlûne yâ veyletenâ mâ lihâẕe-lkitâbi lâ yügâdiru ṣagîratev velâ kebîraten illâ aḥṣâhâ. vevecedû mâ ʿamilû ḥâḍirâ. velâ yażlimü rabbüke eḥadâ.
English Translation
49At last, when the records of deeds that have been kept are laid open, you will see the guilty terrified at what is written there and saying: "Woe to us! What kind of book is this? It leaves out nothing, small or great; it has counted out everything!" And they will find everything they did recorded there. For your Lord wrongs no one.
