وَلَوْ اَنَّهُمْ رَضُوا مَٓا اٰتٰيهُمُ اللّٰهُ وَرَسُولُهُ وَقَالُوا حَسْبُنَا اللّٰهُ سَيُؤْت۪ينَا اللّٰهُ مِنْ فَضْلِه۪ وَرَسُولُهُٓۙ اِنَّٓا اِلَى اللّٰهِ رَاغِبُونَ۟ ٥٩
Mushaf
Transliteration
59Velev ennehüm raḍû mâ âtâhümü-llâhü verasûlühû veḳâlû ḥasbüne-llâhü seyüʾtîne-llâhü min faḍlihî verasûlühû innâ ile-llâhi râgibûn.
English Translation
59If only they had been pleased with what Allah and His Messenger gave them, and had said: "Allah's gift is enough for us; Allah will give us abundantly from His bounty in the future, and so will His Messenger. We seek only what Allah has ordained for us," it would have been better for them.
