وَلَا تُعْجِبْكَ اَمْوَالُهُمْ وَاَوْلَادُهُمْۜ اِنَّمَا يُر۪يدُ اللّٰهُ اَنْ يُعَذِّبَهُمْ بِهَا فِي الدُّنْيَا وَتَزْهَقَ اَنْفُسُهُمْ وَهُمْ كَافِرُونَ ٨٥
Mushaf
Transliteration
85Velâ tüʿcibke emvâlühüm veevlâdühüm. innemâ yürîdü-llâhü ey yüʿaẕẕibehüm bihâ fi-ddünyâ vetezheḳa enfüsühüm vehüm kâfirûn.
English Translation
85Do not let the abundance of either their wealth or their children excite your admiration. Allah means to punish them with these in this world, and to take their souls while they are sunk in disbelief.
