وَلَا عَلَى الَّذ۪ينَ اِذَا مَٓا اَتَوْكَ لِتَحْمِلَهُمْ قُلْتَ لَٓا اَجِدُ مَٓا اَحْمِلُكُمْ عَلَيْهِۖ تَوَلَّوْا وَاَعْيُنُهُمْ تَف۪يضُ مِنَ الدَّمْعِ حَزَنًا اَلَّا يَجِدُوا مَا يُنْفِقُونَۜ ٩٢

Transliteration
92Velâ ʿale-lleẕîne iẕâ mâ etevke litaḥmilehüm ḳulte lâ ecidü mâ aḥmilüküm ʿaleyh. tevellev veaʿyünühüm tefîḍu mine-ddemʿi ḥazenen ellâ yecidû mâ yünfiḳûn.
English Translation
92Nor is there any sin or reproach on those who, when they came to you to provide them with mounts and you said, "I cannot provide mounts for you," turned back with their eyes overflowing with tears of grief because they could find nothing to spend.
