فَاِنْ رَجَعَكَ اللّٰهُ اِلٰى طَٓائِفَةٍ مِنْهُمْ فَاسْتَاْذَنُوكَ لِلْخُرُوجِ فَقُلْ لَنْ تَخْرُجُوا مَعِيَ اَبَدًا وَلَنْ تُقَاتِلُوا مَعِيَ عَدُوًّاۜ اِنَّكُمْ رَض۪يتُمْ بِالْقُعُودِ اَوَّلَ مَرَّةٍ فَاقْعُدُوا مَعَ الْخَالِف۪ينَ ٨٣

Transliteration
83Feir raceʿake-llâhü ilâ ṭâifetim minhüm festeʾẕenûke lilḫurûci feḳul len taḫrucû meʿiye ebedev velen tüḳâtilû meʿiye ʿadüvvâ. inneküm raḍîtüm bilḳuʿûdi evvele merratin faḳʿudû meʿa-lḫâlifîn.
English Translation
83If, on your return from battle, Allah brings you face to face with a group of them, and they ask your leave to set out on campaign, say: —You will never set out on campaign with me, and you will never fight any enemy alongside me. For from the start you chose to stay sitting at home. So go on, sit now with those who stay behind!
