اِنَّمَا السَّب۪يلُ عَلَى الَّذ۪ينَ يَسْتَاْذِنُونَكَ وَهُمْ اَغْنِيَٓاءُۚ رَضُوا بِاَنْ يَكُونُوا مَعَ الْخَوَالِفِۙ وَطَبَعَ اللّٰهُ عَلٰى قُلُوبِهِمْ فَهُمْ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ ٩٣

Transliteration
93İnneme-ssebîlü ʿale-lleẕîne yesteʾẕinûneke vehüm agniyâʾ. raḍû biey yekûnû meʿa-lḫavâlifi veṭabeʿa-llâhü ʿalâ ḳulûbihim fehüm lâ yaʿlemûn.
English Translation
93Responsibility in this matter lies only on those who, though wealthy, ask your leave, inventing all kinds of excuses not to take part in the fighting. They were content to be with those who stayed behind, and so, because they closed their hearts to Allah's commands, they cannot understand.
