اَمْ لَهُمْ نَص۪يبٌ مِنَ الْمُلْكِ فَاِذًا لَا يُؤْتُونَ النَّاسَ نَق۪يرًاۙ ٥٣

Transliteration
53Em lehüm neṣîbüm mine-lmülki feiẕel lâ yüʾtûne-nnâse neḳîrâ.
English Translation
53Or do they have a share in sovereignty/in dominion and rule? If they did, they would not give people even a crumb.
