English Translation
131For whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth all belongs to Allah. We advised both those who were given the Book before you and you yourselves to act responsibly toward Allah. If you are ungrateful, know that whatever is in the heavens and on the earth belongs to Allah. Allah is in need of nothing. He alone is worthy of praise.
