وَف۪ٓي اَمْوَالِهِمْ حَقٌّ لِلسَّٓائِلِ وَالْمَحْرُومِ ١٩

Transliteration
19Vefî emvâlihim ḥaḳḳul lissâili velmaḥrûm.
English Translation
19And from their wealth they set aside a share for all who were in need, whether they asked or not.
