اِنَّ الَّذ۪ينَ يَكْفُرُونَ بِاٰيَاتِ اللّٰهِ وَيَقْتُلُونَ النَّبِيّ۪نَ بِغَيْرِ حَقٍّۙ وَيَقْتُلُونَ الَّذ۪ينَ يَاْمُرُونَ بِالْقِسْطِ مِنَ النَّاسِۙ فَبَشِّرْهُمْ بِعَذَابٍ اَل۪يمٍ ٢١

Transliteration
21İnne-lleẕîne yekfürûne biâyâti-llâhi veyaḳtülûne-nnebiyyîne bigayri ḥaḳḳiv veyaḳtülûne-lleẕîne yeʾmürûne bilḳisṭi mine-nnâsi febeşşirhüm biʿaẕâbin elîm.
English Translation
21Those who become disbelievers by refusing to believe in Allah's verses, who kill the prophets unjustly, and who kill those among people who command justice—give them the news of a painful punishment.
