بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّح۪يمِ

هٰذَا بَيَانٌ لِلنَّاسِ وَهُدًى وَمَوْعِظَةٌ لِلْمُتَّق۪ينَ ١٣٨

Transliteration
138Hâẕâ beyânül linnâsi vehüdev vemevʿiżatül lilmütteḳîn.
English Translation
138This Quran is a declaration that expresses the truth for people, and for those who act responsibly it is a guide to the right path and an admonition.
