English Translation
26Say: "O Allah, true Owner of sovereignty, You give dominion to whoever works for it and deserves it, and You take dominion away from whoever does wrong. You exalt and honor whoever deserves it, and You abase and humiliate whoever does wrong. All good is in Your hand; surely You set a measure for everything and have power over all things."
