English Translation
106O you who believe! When death approaches one of you, take two honest people from among you as witnesses at the time of making a bequest. If you are on a journey and the signs of death have come upon you, call on two people not from among you to bear witness. If you doubt that they will act honestly, detain them after the prayer and have them swear as follows: "We swear by Allah that we will not sell our oath for any gain, even for the sake of a relative. We will not conceal, under any circumstances, what Allah knows. Otherwise we would be among the sinners."
