بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّح۪يمِ
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most MercifulVerses 52–53
2 versesAl-Ma'idah 53
وَيَقُولُ الَّذ۪ينَ اٰمَنُٓوا اَهٰٓؤُ۬لَٓاءِ الَّذ۪ينَ اَقْسَمُوا بِاللّٰهِ جَهْدَ اَيْمَانِهِمْۙ اِنَّهُمْ لَمَعَكُمْۜ حَبِطَتْ اَعْمَالُهُمْ فَاَصْبَحُوا خَاسِر۪ينَ ٥٣
Mushaf
Transliteration
53Veyeḳûlü-lleẕîne âmenû ehâülâi-lleẕîne aḳsemû billâhi cehde eymânihim innehüm lemeʿaküm. ḥabiṭat aʿmâlühüm feaṣbeḥû ḫâsirîn.
English Translation
53And the believers will say: "Are these the ones who swore by Allah with all their might that they would stand with you?" All their efforts have come to nothing, and in the end it is they who have lost.
