English Translation
95O you who believe! Do not kill game while you are in the state of ihram. Whoever of you kills it knowing of this prohibition, his penalty is to bring to the Kaaba and sacrifice a domestic animal determined by two just persons among you; or to feed poor people to an equivalent amount; or to fast for an equivalent period, so that he may thus bear the penalty for the sin he has committed. Allah has pardoned what was done in the past. But whoever commits these offenses again, Allah will make him taste the bitter consequence of what he has done. For Allah is mighty and punishes those who deserve it.
