قُلْ يَٓا اَهْلَ الْكِتَابِ لَا تَغْلُوا ف۪ي د۪ينِكُمْ غَيْرَ الْحَقِّ وَلَا تَتَّبِعُٓوا اَهْوَٓاءَ قَوْمٍ قَدْ ضَلُّوا مِنْ قَبْلُ وَاَضَلُّوا كَث۪يرًا وَضَلُّوا عَنْ سَوَٓاءِ السَّب۪يلِ۟ ٧٧
Mushaf
Transliteration
77Ḳul yâ ehle-lkitâbi lâ taglû fî dîniküm gayra-lḥaḳḳi velâ tettebiʿû ehvâe ḳavmin ḳad ḍallû min ḳablü veeḍallû keŝîrav veḍallû ʿan sevâi-ssebîl.
English Translation
77Say: "O People of the Book! Do not exceed the bounds unjustly in your system of belief. Do not follow the whims and deviant beliefs of people who strayed from the right path before, led many others astray, and have now strayed completely from the right path."
