وَهُوَ الْقَاهِرُ فَوْقَ عِبَادِه۪ۜ وَهُوَ الْحَك۪يمُ الْخَب۪يرُ ١٨

Transliteration
18Vehüve-lḳâhiru fevḳa ʿibâdih. vehüve-lḥakîmü-lḫabîr.
English Translation
18For it is He who holds absolute authority over His servants; it is He who does everything in its proper place and is aware of everything.
