Al-An'am 145

English Translation

145Say: "Among the rulings revealed to me I find nothing forbidden for anyone to eat except carrion, blood poured forth, and the flesh of swine—which is utterly impure—and an animal sacrificed in idolatrous fashion in the name of other than Allah. But whoever is compelled by necessity and eats of these without craving and without exceeding the limit, let him know well that your Lord is matchless in forgiveness and possesses infinite mercy."
