وَهُوَ الَّذ۪ي جَعَلَكُمْ خَلَٓائِفَ الْاَرْضِ وَرَفَعَ بَعْضَكُمْ فَوْقَ بَعْضٍ دَرَجَاتٍ لِيَبْلُوَكُمْ ف۪ي مَٓا اٰتٰيكُمْۜ اِنَّ رَبَّكَ سَر۪يعُ الْعِقَابِۘ وَاِنَّهُ لَغَفُورٌ رَح۪يمٌ ١٦٥

Transliteration
165Vehüve-lleẕî ceʿaleküm ḫalâife-lʾarḍi verafeʿa baʿḍaküm fevḳa baʿḍin deracâtil liyeblüveküm fî mâ âtâküm. inne rabbeke serîʿu-lʿiḳâb. veinnehû legafûrur raḥîm.
English Translation
165It is He who has made you heirs and administrators of this land. And it is He who has raised some of you above others in rank in the blessings and opportunities He has given, in order to test you. Your Lord surely does not punish at once, and He is most forgiving and most merciful.
