ثُمَّ اٰتَيْنَا مُوسَى الْكِتَابَ تَمَامًا عَلَى الَّذ۪ٓي اَحْسَنَ وَتَفْص۪يلًا لِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ وَهُدًى وَرَحْمَةً لَعَلَّهُمْ بِلِقَٓاءِ رَبِّهِمْ يُؤْمِنُونَ۟ ١٥٤

Transliteration
154Ŝümme âteynâ mûse-lkitâbe temâmen ʿale-lleẕî aḥsene vetefṣîlel likülli şeyʾiv vehüdev veraḥmetel leʿallehüm biliḳâi rabbihim yüʾminûn.
English Translation
154Then We gave Moses that Book, to complete Our blessing upon those who do good, to explain in detail everything (needed in religion), and as a guide and a mercy, so that they might believe fully in meeting their Lord.
