رَف۪يعُ الدَّرَجَاتِ ذُو الْعَرْشِۚ يُلْقِي الرُّوحَ مِنْ اَمْرِه۪ عَلٰى مَنْ يَشَٓاءُ مِنْ عِبَادِه۪ لِيُنْذِرَ يَوْمَ التَّلَاقِۙ ١٥
Mushaf
Transliteration
15Rafîʿu-dderacâti ẕü-lʿarş. yülḳi-rrûḥa min emrihî ʿalâ mey yeşâü min ʿibâdihî liyünẕira yevme-ttelâḳ.
English Translation
15For He is the Possessor of unattainable heights and of the seat of absolute sovereignty, who by His command conveys this revelation to whomever He wills among His servants, so that they may warn people of the Day of Meeting.
