فَلَمَّا جَٓاءَتْهُمْ رُسُلُهُمْ بِالْبَيِّنَاتِ فَرِحُوا بِمَا عِنْدَهُمْ مِنَ الْعِلْمِ وَحَاقَ بِهِمْ مَا كَانُوا بِه۪ يَسْتَهْزِؤُ۫نَ ٨٣
Mushaf
Transliteration
83Felemmâ câethüm rusülühüm bilbeyyinâti feriḥû bimâ ʿindehüm mine-lʿilmi veḥâḳa bihim mâ kânû bihî yestehziûn.
English Translation
83For when their messengers came to them with clear evidence of the truth, they grew exultant, relying on the knowledge they had, and in the end the punishment they belittled and mocked closed in on them from every side.
