بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّح۪يمِ

وَلَقَدْ اَرْسَلْنَا مُوسٰى بِاٰيَاتِنَا وَسُلْطَانٍ مُب۪ينٍۙ ٢٣

Transliteration
23Veleḳad erselnâ mûsâ biâyâtinâ vesülṭânim mübîn.
English Translation
23(23-24) We sent Moses with Our verses, which were clear proofs, to Pharaoh, Qarun, and Haman. They said: "He is a lying sorcerer."
