بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّح۪يمِ
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most MercifulVerses 73–74

وَاِلٰى ثَمُودَ اَخَاهُمْ صَالِحًاۢ قَالَ يَا قَوْمِ اعْبُدُوا اللّٰهَ مَا لَكُمْ مِنْ اِلٰهٍ غَيْرُهُۜ قَدْ جَٓاءَتْكُمْ بَيِّنَةٌ مِنْ رَبِّكُمْۜ هٰذِه۪ نَاقَةُ اللّٰهِ لَكُمْ اٰيَةً فَذَرُوهَا تَاْكُلْ ف۪ٓي اَرْضِ اللّٰهِ وَلَا تَمَسُّوهَا بِسُٓوءٍ فَيَاْخُذَكُمْ عَذَابٌ اَل۪يمٌ ٧٣
Mushaf
Transliteration
73Veilâ ŝemûde eḫâhüm ṣâliḥâ. ḳâle yâ ḳavmi-ʿbüdü-llâhe mâ leküm min ilâhin gayruh. ḳad câetküm beyyinetüm mir rabbiküm. hâẕihî nâḳatü-llâhi leküm âyeten feẕerûhâ teʾkül fî arḍi-llâhi velâ temessûhâ bisûin feyeʾḫuẕeküm ʿaẕâbün elîm.
English Translation
73And to Thamud We sent Salih, one of their own. He said: —O my people, serve Allah alone, for you have no god other than Him. A clear proof has indeed come to you from your Lord. This is Allah's camel, a sign/miracle for you. Leave it to graze on Allah's land, and do not harm it in any way, or a painful punishment will seize you.
