وَاِذْ نَتَقْنَا الْجَبَلَ فَوْقَهُمْ كَاَنَّهُ ظُلَّةٌ وَظَنُّٓوا اَنَّهُ وَاقِعٌ بِهِمْۚ خُذُوا مَٓا اٰتَيْنَاكُمْ بِقُوَّةٍ وَاذْكُرُوا مَا ف۪يهِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَتَّقُونَ۟ ١٧١
Mushaf
Transliteration
171Veiẕ netaḳne-lcebele fevḳahüm keennehû żulletüv veżannû ennehû vâḳiʿum bihim. ḫuẕû mâ âteynâküm biḳuvvetiv veẕkürû mâ fîhi leʿalleküm tetteḳûn.
English Translation
171We had raised the mountain above them as if it were a canopy, so that they thought it would fall on their heads. And We said to them: "Hold firmly to the revelation We have given you. Keep in mind what it contains, so that you may act responsibly."
