بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّح۪يمِ
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most MercifulVerses 154–157

وَاكْتُبْ لَنَا ف۪ي هٰذِهِ الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً وَفِي الْاٰخِرَةِ اِنَّا هُدْنَٓا اِلَيْكَۜ قَالَ عَذَاب۪ٓي اُص۪يبُ بِه۪ مَنْ اَشَٓاءُۚ وَرَحْمَت۪ي وَسِعَتْ كُلَّ شَيْءٍۜ فَسَاَكْتُبُهَا لِلَّذ۪ينَ يَتَّقُونَ وَيُؤْتُونَ الزَّكٰوةَ وَالَّذ۪ينَ هُمْ بِاٰيَاتِنَا يُؤْمِنُونَۚ ١٥٦
Mushaf
Transliteration
156Vektüb lenâ fî hâẕihi-ddünyâ ḥasenetev vefi-lʾâḫirati innâ hüdnâ ileyk. ḳâle ʿaẕâbî üṣîbü bihî men eşâʾ. veraḥmetî vesiʿat külle şeyʾ. feseektübühâ lilleẕîne yetteḳûne veyüʾtûne-zzekâte velleẕîne hüm biâyâtinâ yüʾminûn.
English Translation
156Ordain for us good in this world and in the Hereafter; we have turned to You in remorse. Allah said: —I may punish whoever deserves it, but My mercy encompasses all things; I will ordain My mercy for those who act responsibly, who give the zakat, and the believers who believe and trust in Our verses.
