بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّح۪يمِ
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most MercifulVerse 137
1 verseAl-A'raf 137
وَاَوْرَثْنَا الْقَوْمَ الَّذ۪ينَ كَانُوا يُسْتَضْعَفُونَ مَشَارِقَ الْاَرْضِ وَمَغَارِبَهَا الَّت۪ي بَارَكْنَا ف۪يهَاۜ وَتَمَّتْ كَلِمَتُ رَبِّكَ الْحُسْنٰى عَلٰى بَن۪ٓي اِسْرَٓاء۪يلَ بِمَا صَبَرُواۜ وَدَمَّرْنَا مَا كَانَ يَصْنَعُ فِرْعَوْنُ وَقَوْمُهُ وَمَا كَانُوا يَعْرِشُونَ ١٣٧
Mushaf
Transliteration
137Veevraŝne-lḳavme-lleẕîne kânû yüstaḍʿafûne meşâriḳa-lʾarḍi vemegâribehe-lletî bâraknâ fîhâ. vetemmet kelimetü rabbike-lḥusnâ ʿalâ benî isrâîle bimâ ṣaberû. vedemmernâ mâ kâne yaṣneʿu firʿavnü veḳavmühû vemâ kânû yaʿrişûn.
English Translation
137And We made the people who had once been despised and oppressed masters of the whole of those lands, from east to west, which We had blessed; and thus your Lord's good promise was fulfilled because of the endurance the Children of Israel had shown. And We razed to the ground, burying them in history, the palaces, vineyards, and buildings that Pharaoh and his dynasty took pride in.
