بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّح۪يمِ

خَلَقَ الْاِنْسَانَ مِنْ نُطْفَةٍ فَاِذَا هُوَ خَص۪يمٌ مُب۪ينٌ ٤

Transliteration
4Ḫaleḳa-lʾinsâne min nuṭfetin feiẕâ hüve ḫaṣîmüm mübîn.
English Translation
4He created the human being from a drop of fluid/sperm.(1) Yet the human being has turned into an open enemy of Allah.(2)
