قُلْ يُحْي۪يهَا الَّذ۪ٓي اَنْشَاَهَٓا اَوَّلَ مَرَّةٍۜ وَهُوَ بِكُلِّ خَلْقٍ عَل۪يمٌۙ ٧٩

Transliteration
79Ḳul yuḥyîhe-lleẕî enşeehâ evvele merrah. vehüve bikülli ḫalḳin ʿalîm.
English Translation
79Say: —He who created them the first time will give them life. For He has full knowledge of every kind of creation.
