وَسَوَٓاءٌ عَلَيْهِمْ ءَاَنْذَرْتَهُمْ اَمْ لَمْ تُنْذِرْهُمْ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ ١٠

Transliteration
10Vesevâün ʿaleyhim eenẕertehüm em lem tünẕirhüm lâ yüʾminûn.
English Translation
10So it makes no difference whether you warn them or not, for they will not believe.
