اَفَمَنْ يَخْلُقُ كَمَنْ لَا يَخْلُقُۜ اَفَلَا تَذَكَّرُونَ ١٧

17Efemey yaḫlüḳu kemel lâ yaḫlüḳ. efelâ teẕekkerûn.
English Translation
17Do you never reflect? Can the One who creates all this be equal to one who can create nothing?
