فَلَمَّا دَخَلُوا عَلَيْهِ قَالُوا يَٓا اَيُّهَا الْعَز۪يزُ مَسَّنَا وَاَهْلَنَا الضُّرُّ وَجِئْنَا بِبِضَاعَةٍ مُزْجٰيةٍ فَاَوْفِ لَنَا الْكَيْلَ وَتَصَدَّقْ عَلَيْنَاۜ اِنَّ اللّٰهَ يَجْزِي الْمُتَصَدِّق۪ينَ ٨٨
Mushaf
Transliteration
88Felemmâ deḫalû ʿaleyhi ḳâlû yâ eyyühe-lʿazîzü messenâ veehlene-ḍḍurru veciʾnâ bibiḍâʿatim müzcâtin feevfi lene-lkeyle veteṣaddaḳ ʿaleynâ. inne-llâhe yeczi-lmüteṣaddiḳîn.
English Translation
88When his brothers came into Joseph's presence, they said: "O Aziz! We and our family are in hardship and distress, and moreover the money we have brought you is only a small amount. But give us full measure all the same, and grant us something extra as charity. Allah surely rewards those who give in charity."
