قَالَ مَعَاذَ اللّٰهِ اَنْ نَاْخُذَ اِلَّا مَنْ وَجَدْنَا مَتَاعَنَا عِنْدَهُٓۙ اِنَّٓا اِذًا لَظَالِمُونَ۟ ٧٩
Mushaf
Transliteration
79Ḳâle meʿâẕe-llâhi en neʾḫuẕe illâ mev vecednâ metâʿanâ ʿindehû innâ iẕel leżâlimûn.
English Translation
79Joseph said: "I seek refuge in Allah from punishing an innocent person! We detain only the one with whom we found our property; otherwise we would be unjust wrongdoers."
