وَتَوَلّٰى عَنْهُمْ وَقَالَ يَٓا اَسَفٰى عَلٰى يُوسُفَ وَابْيَضَّتْ عَيْنَاهُ مِنَ الْحُزْنِ فَهُوَ كَظ۪يمٌ ٨٤
Mushaf
Transliteration
84Vetevellâ ʿanhüm veḳâle yâ esefâ ʿalâ yûsüfe vebyeḍḍat ʿaynâhü mine-lḥuzni fehüve keżîm.
English Translation
84Jacob turned his back on his sons and withdrew into himself, groaning inwardly: "Oh, my Joseph! Oh, my grief!" And from this sorrow his eyes turned white. He held all his anger and grief within himself.
