قَالُوا يَٓا اَيُّهَا الْعَز۪يزُ اِنَّ لَهُٓ اَبًا شَيْخًا كَب۪يرًا فَخُذْ اَحَدَنَا مَكَانَهُۚ اِنَّا نَرٰيكَ مِنَ الْمُحْسِن۪ينَ ٧٨
Mushaf
Transliteration
78Ḳâlû yâ eyyühe-lʿazîzü inne lehû eben şeyḫan kebîran feḫuẕ eḥadenâ mekâneh. innâ nerâke mine-lmuḥsinîn.
English Translation
78They said: "O honored governor! He has an aged father; take one of us in his place. We see that you are one of those who do good."
