English Translation
12For We have made the night and the day two signs/marks of Our power. We remove the sign of the night and bring in its place the illuminating sign of the day, so that you may seek, by working and striving, your share of your Lord's bounty, and that you may count the years and reckon the passing days. Thus We explain everything in the fullest detail.
