بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّح۪يمِ
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most MercifulVerse 31

وَلَا تَقْتُلُٓوا اَوْلَادَكُمْ خَشْيَةَ اِمْلَاقٍۜ نَحْنُ نَرْزُقُهُمْ وَاِيَّاكُمْۜ اِنَّ قَتْلَهُمْ كَانَ خِطْـًٔا كَب۪يرًا ٣١
Mushaf
Transliteration
31Velâ taḳtülû evlâdeküm ḫaşyete imlâḳ. naḥnü nerzüḳuhüm veiyyâküm. inne ḳatlehüm kâne ḫiṭʾen kebîrâ.
English Translation
31Never kill your children for fear of poverty. For We provide for them and for you. Killing them is a great sin.
