اِنَّ الَّذ۪ينَ حَقَّتْ عَلَيْهِمْ كَلِمَتُ رَبِّكَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَۙ ٩٦

Transliteration
96İnne-lleẕîne ḥaḳḳat ʿaleyhim kelimetü rabbike lâ yüʾminûn.
English Translation
96The truth is that those who deserve your Lord's word/sentence of punishment are those who do not believe.
