بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّح۪يمِ
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most MercifulVerses 68–69

لَوْلَا كِتَابٌ مِنَ اللّٰهِ سَبَقَ لَمَسَّكُمْ ف۪يمَٓا اَخَذْتُمْ عَذَابٌ عَظ۪يمٌ ٦٨
Mushaf
Transliteration
68Levlâ kitâbüm mine-llâhi sebeḳa lemesseküm fîmâ eḫaẕtüm ʿaẕâbün ʿażîm.
English Translation
68Had there not been a decision and law already issued by Allah, a great punishment would have struck you because of the ransom and spoils you took.
