بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّح۪يمِ

اِنَّ شَرَّ الدَّوَٓابِّ عِنْدَ اللّٰهِ الصُّمُّ الْبُكْمُ الَّذ۪ينَ لَا يَعْقِلُونَ ٢٢
Mushaf
Transliteration
22İnne şerra-ddevâbbi ʿinde-llâhi-ṣṣummü-lbükmü-lleẕîne lâ yaʿḳilûn.
English Translation
22In Allah's sight, the worst of living creatures are those who do not use their reason, who are deaf and dumb to the truth.
